helps active adults and athletes get back to the workouts
and sports they love after other methods have
failed…..without slowing down, relying on painkillers, or
missing time
Riddled with injuries throughout high school and college,
Pete found himself in the doctor’s office often and told to
just rest and ice with little relief, he became increasingly
frustrated at missing time on activities, only to come back off
of resting and becoming injured again.
As a former athlete, being bogged down by injury and
being told to stop doing his activities, Pete knew something
had to be done. He didn't like being told to stop, and he
understands what it's like to be scared thinking whether or not
you can get back to the activities you enjoy most, as the looming
question in your head is "will it get worse"? It becomes an physical and
emotional burden to not participate in the workouts and sports you love.
Pete took it upon himself to seek out a real solution as
the same old advice was becoming tiresome. That's when he
discovered how PT integrated with strength & conditioning
foundations allowed him to maintain activity while recovering,
and eventually progress to new heights.
Pete has sought out top professionals all around the
country to pursue his own understanding and approach so that
he can help people like you truly achieve their physical heights
without feeling like there is no answer. He received his BS in
Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both from the University
of Rhode Island, and has traveled throughout the country to various
professionals for mentorship in physical therapy, pain science, and strength
& conditioning. He has had the privilege to work with professional and D1
athletes, special forces military operators, and many general population
adults and athletes.
